CTK Seitan ships two day service. We ship it frozen with cold packs as well. It is perishable and must be kept frozen or refrigerated upon arrival. You may refrigerate the packages and they can be held in the refrigerator for 8 weeks. You can freeze the product for up to twelve months. Once the package is opened, use within 5 days.
